Candidate Endorsements 2024
The Washoe County Sheriff Deputies Association is actively engaged in local, state, and national politics. Our endorsement process is conducted with the Public Safety Alliance of Nevada (PSAN). Interviews are set for April 1-5 in Las Vegas and April 16-18 in Reno. We will reach out to most state and local candidates after filing ends March 15, provided contact information is available on the Secretary of State or respective county websites. Candidates who earn the endorsement will receive an endorsement letter and digital copies of the badges representing all of the involved agencies for use in campaign media. Campaign contributions should be requested through the individual organizations and do not originate through PSAN.
