Political Affairs
The Washoe County Sheriff Deputies Association is actively engaged in national, state, and local politics. We are an active member of the National Association of Police Organizations (NAPO), a coalition of more than 241,000 law enforcement officers from across the United States representing the interests of America’s law enforcement officers through legislative advocacy, political action, and education.
We are also a member of the Public Safety Alliance of Nevada (PSAN), which represents nearly every law enforcement officer in the state.
